Our client is seeking Customer Experience Associates to join their team and play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences at one of their premium locations.
These individuals will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, providing guidance, answering inquiries, and ensuring a seamless and engaging experience as they explore the space.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Provide guided tours, explaining exhibits and offerings in an engaging manner.
Answer customer inquiries, offering professional and knowledgeable responses.
Maintain an interactive and dynamic atmosphere by engaging visitors and creating memorable experiences.
Support event setups, workshops, and other interactive sessions as required.
Monitor visitor flow and assist in high-traffic areas to ensure operational efficiency.
Previous customer-facing experience (hospitality, retail, museum, exhibitions, tourism, or front desk roles).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage with diverse visitors.
Passion for technology, business, or innovation, with the ability to explain experiences in a simple, engaging manner.
Professional, well-presented, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and special events.
Background in customer service, hospitality, tourism, or public relations is highly desirable.
Fluency in English (additional Nigerian languages is a plus)
