Customer Experience Representative.

We at Konga .com are working to create a new type of retail company. We are building the human, technological and logistical systems needed to get Nigerians what they want.(mobiles, consumer electronics, beauty supplies, etc.) delivered  to thier doorstep in Nigeria.

Receives customers' requests by telephone or mail, analyzes request, provides information requested or ascertains who can best provide the information, and routes the request to the proper person

Analyze transactions, corrects records, and adjust errors

Searches Company records to fulfill customer requirements

Traces status of orders

Resolves customer questions related to orders, takes orders as needed

Maintains liaison with other departments for order completion

Writes up order mails catalog, samples, and similar data to customer as required.

Responds to customers to ascertain data omitted on order

Has knowledge of product line, prices, delivery time, drop ship items, various marketing promotional services, an similar data as required

prepares and forwards preliminary paperwork to Returns and Replacements on problem orders and gifts not received.

One(1) years experience 

Knowledge and ability- English and grammar

Pleasant telephone voice/ manner, ability to operate simple office equipment sufficiently to perform the job

Ability to compose correspondence.
