What you will do :

• Facilitate Customers transactions 
• Ensure a pleasant trading experience
• Provide support, guidance and feedback to customers
• Engage clients, customers for end-to-end trade process
• Complete customers trade/request in excellent time
• Notify customer Relationship Executive on unsatisfied customers
• Serve as an Ambassador to the Business.

What you should have:

• A Tertiary Institution Degree with a minimum of Second Class Degree.
• Professional English writing and speaking skills
• Numerate
• Must have completed NYSC
• Previous Experience in FinTech will be an added advantage.
• A clear direction and action towards a career path
• Result Oriented
• Self Motivated
• Team Player
