Job Description - Customer Service Graduate Trainees (Auto -Spare Parts)

Location: Lagos (Surulere)

Are you a sharp, forward-thinking professional ready to take your career to the next level? Our client, an established Auto-Spare Parts retailer in Lagos, is seeking smart and customer-focused candidates to join its team as a Customer Service Graduate Trainee.

Responsibilities:

Attend to customer inquiries and complaints

Process orders and provide product information

Maintain positive customer relationships

Support daily administrative and customer service operations

Requirements

B.Sc/HND in any relevant discipline

0â1 year experience in customer service or related role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good problem-solving and customer handling ability

Proficiency in Microsoft Office is an added advantage

Candidates must reside in or around Surulere and its environs

Benefits

Compensation: Base Pay ranges BTW N120k - N150k monthly + other benefits
