Job Description - Customer Service Representative

Our client, a reputable online pharmaceutical marketplace that provides customers with convenient access to medications and healthcare products. Seeks to hire an excellent Customer Service Representative.

The Customer Service Rep will interact with customers through phone, WhatsApp, chat, and other channels to support them throughout their order process. You will follow up on incomplete orders, gather feedback, improve satisfaction, and encourage repeat purchases.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Respond to customer inquiries across WhatsApp, phone calls, and online channels


- Follow up on incomplete orders and understand why a transaction was not completed


- Call customers to confirm they had a positive experience and offer help with future orders


- Assist customers in completing purchases and navigating the GoMed platform


- Escalate pharmacy -specific or clinical questions to a pharmacist when necessary


- Communicate with warmth, clarity, and professionalism at all times


- Support customer retention efforts through follow -up calls and engagement


- Record customer interactions and feedback to help improve service quality

Requirements

- Bsc/Hnd in Marketing ,Public Relations ,Hospitality Management or any other relevant field 

- 2 years of experience

- Empathy, patience, and professionalism in customer interactions.

  - Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic understanding of medications, health products, or pharmacy operations

- Experience in customer -facing phone communication is an added advantage

- Ability to work in a fast -paced, tech -driven environment

- Proximity to yaba is required


Benefits

Work Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm (Monday–Friday)

Competitive Salary: N150,000 -N180,000 Net

Location: Yaba, Lagos

Work Mode: Onsite
