Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information about the company's products and services. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-focused approach to ensure positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and in-person where applicable.
Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and company policies.
Process orders, requests, and transactions efficiently.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Meet or exceed established service performance targets (e.g., response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction).
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and code of conduct always.
Key Requirements
Minimum of OND/HND/bachelor's degree in any related field.
Proven experience in customer service or a similar role is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, CRM tools, etc.).
