Job Overview

​​The Business Analyst supports the Chartering team in monitoring, updating and analysing various databases.

Key responsibilities 

• ​​Assist the Chartering team in maintaining, updating and analysing existing databases, while simultaneously linking in with relevant teams. 
• Provide routine administrative support to help maintain efficient departmental operations. 
• Prepare, update, and organise departmental files, reports, and trackers. 
• Contribute to ad‑hoc tasks and projects assigned by the Chartering team.​ 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• High attention to detail. 
• Strong organizational skills.  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 
• Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous. 
• No prior industry experience required; Suitable for entry‑level candidates with an interest in shipping.​

The role is based in our office 5 days per week.
