Debt Recovery Officers

Job Description of Accounting & Debt Recovery Officers:

1. Distribution of monthly bills to customers.

2. Keeping accurate accounting record of customers.

3. Enlistment of new facility in various wards of operation

4. Communicating with customers (one -on-one, phone calls, text 

messages) in ensuring they make payment.

5. Suspension of services to defaulting customers 

6. Liaising with appropriate Authority to enforce defaulting customers.

7.  Receiving of cheques/drafts from customers and lodging same into the company’s account.

Minimum of ND

Minimum of 1 year experience as a debt collector

Must be smart

Must be a computer literate

Must know how to use Microsoft Office tools

Salary - N150,000
