Digital & Corporate Communication Executive

Role Overview: 

The Digital & Corporate Comms Executive will support the execution of the MAX’s internal and external communication strategies. This role focuses on managing digital channels, creating engaging content, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about storytelling within a fast-paced tech environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, internal communications, and corporate announcements across email, intranet, and media channels, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate media relations, monitor press coverage, and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and industry contacts.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (designers, agencies, videographers, media contacts) to deliver high-quality content and communications assets for campaigns, events, and announcements.
• Track and report on campaign performance, social engagement, media coverage, and corporate communication effectiveness, providing actionable insights.
• Support event communications and corporate initiatives by preparing briefing materials, talking points, and content for campaigns or launches.

What You’ll Need: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.

• 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or a related role.
• Internship experience in a tech or digital environment is an added advantage.

• Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of content management systems (CMS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe tools) are a plus.
• Understanding of SEO and digital analytics tools (Google Analytics) is an advantage
