Job Summary:
The Digital Innovation Associate will support the design, implementation, and management of digital solutions that enhance programme delivery, organizational efficiency, civic engagement, and digital inclusion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the development and implementation of digital tools and platforms.
Assist in managing organizational websites and digital systems.
Provide basic technical support to staff and programme participants.
Support digital literacy and technology-driven initiatives.
Conduct research on emerging technologies and digital innovation.
Assist with data management, automation, and digital workflows.
Promote cybersecurity awareness and digital safety practices.
Perform other digital innovation duties as assigned.
