Summary:

The Digital Marketing Associate plays a key role in driving Micotech’s brand visibility and lead generation through strategic digital campaigns. This entry-level position is ideal for a motivated professional with 0–2 years of experience seeking to grow in a dynamic marketing environment. You will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives across social media, email, and other online channels. This role offers hands-on experience in campaign management, audience engagement, and performance analytics, while also providing opportunities to train internal teams on effective social media practices. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing Micotech’s digital footprint and supporting business growth.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms.
Manage and maintain the company’s online presence, including content creation and community engagement.
Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide insights for optimization.
Train team members and participants on best practices for leveraging social media for business growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
