Job Summary: The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that directly impact revenue growth. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong technical marketing skills, proven experience in digital lead generation, and a track record of managing high-performing online campaigns.
Job Responsibilities
• Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) ensuring strong ROI.
• Execute SEO/SEM strategies to increase organic visibility and lead generation.
• Conduct A/B testing for campaigns, creatives, and landing pages.
• Design and execute demand-generation campaigns targeting SMEs, mid-market, and enterprise clients.
• Build and optimize marketing funnels (awareness → consideration → conversion).
• Work closely with Sales/Business Development teams to align leads with sales targets.
• Create engaging content for blogs, social media, newsletters, and campaigns.
• Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook) with growth-focused strategies.
• Support development of marketing collateral (brochures, infographics, videos, demos).
• Track and report KPIs: CTR, CPC, conversion rates, ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
• Use Google Analytics, CRM, and dashboards to monitor/optimize performance.
• Deliver weekly/monthly performance reports to management.
• Plan and execute webinars, product demos, and online/physical events.
• Collaborate with HR associations, business networks, and industry partners for visibility.
• Drive customer communication campaigns (updates, retention, surveys).
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ hands-on digital marketing experience (preferably B2B SaaS, Tech, or HR solutions).
• Proven track record in paid campaigns and SEO/SEM strategies generating measurable leads/pipeline.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, or equivalent).
• Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, content, email, and social media marketing.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills for business audiences.
• Analytical mindset with ability to extract insights and act on data.
• (Bonus) Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite).
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
