Flawless Aesthetic Center, a reputable beauty and wellness center, is seeking a talented and dynamic Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Executive at Flawless Aesthetic Center, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

You will work closely with our marketing team to create and optimize digital content, monitor and analyze campaign performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.

They have a proven track record of success in implementing and managing digital marketing campaigns, preferably in the beauty or healthcare industry. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various channels
• Generate quality leads, nurture, convert and retain
• Create and optimize engaging digital content, including social media posts, blog articles, and website copy
• Manage and grow our social media presence through engaging and shareable content
• Monitor and analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign performance
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative marketing campaigns
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
• Assist in managing and updating the company's website to ensure it is optimized for search engines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the beauty or healthcare industry
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, and email marketing
• Experience in creating and optimising digital content
• Proficient in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
