Job Description - Digital Marketing Officer

Job Title: Digital Marketing Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Level: Senior Officer

Benefits: Health Insurance, Pension, and other benefits

Work Schedule: Monday â Friday (8am â 5pm) with 1-day remote work

ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Officer to lead and execute performance-based digital strategies that drive growth, increase brand visibility, and optimize customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, creative, and experienced in managing end-to-end digital campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Plan, run, and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms

- Improve website visibility through SEO and content optimization

- Create and manage engaging digital content (graphics, videos, blogs)

- â Execute and manage email marketing campaigns

- â Track, analyze, and report campaign performance and key metrics

- â Manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI

Requirements

- BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications, or related field

- 2â3 years of experience in digital marketing

- â Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid ads, and email marketing

- â Experience with analytics tools and performance tracking

- â Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, InShot, etc.

- â Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills

- â Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail

Benefits

Salary: â¦350,000 â â¦500,000
