Digital Marketing Strategy

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
  
• Plan and execute online campaigns to increase brand visibility, website traffic, and lead generation.
  
• Identify new digital marketing opportunities and recommend innovative approaches to improve performance.
  

Social Media Management

• Manage the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.
  
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all digital channels.
  
• Monitor audience engagement and respond to inquiries and comments promptly.
  
• Grow followers and increase engagement through creative campaigns.
  

Content Creation

• Develop high-quality content including graphics, videos, blogs, newsletters, infographics, and promotional materials.
  
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videography to produce compelling digital content.
  
• Ensure all content reflects the company's brand identity and messaging.
  

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM)

• Optimize website content to improve search engine rankings.
  
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
  
• Manage paid search campaigns using Google Ads and other advertising platforms.
  
• Monitor website performance and recommend improvements.
  

Email Marketing

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns.
  
• Build and maintain email subscriber lists.
  
• Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  
• Create automated email workflows where applicable.
  

Website Management

• Update website content and ensure information remains accurate and relevant.
  
• Monitor website functionality and user experience.
  
• Coordinate with web developers to resolve technical issues and improve website performance.
  

Online Advertising

• Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  
• Allocate advertising budgets effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve results.
  

Analytics & Reporting

• Track key digital marketing metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Analytics.
  
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  
• Analyze campaign effectiveness and recommend data-driven improvements.
  

Brand Management

• Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all digital channels.
  
• Protect and enhance the company's online reputation.
  
• Monitor online reviews and respond appropriately where necessary.
  

Collaboration

• Work closely with the Sales, Business Development, HR, and Customer Service teams to support business objectives.
  
• Coordinate digital marketing activities with external agencies, influencers, and media partners where required.
  

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Social media management.
  
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
  
• Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
  
• Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  
• Google Analytics (GA4).
  
• Email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot).
  
• Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress).
  
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  
• Video editing skills are an added advantage.
  
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
