Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry Level Social Media Coordinator to support and grow our digital presence. This role is designed for a motivated individual eager to build foundational experience in social media management while contributing to brand awareness and audience engagement. You will assist in creating and scheduling platform-specific content, monitoring performance metrics, and supporting business development initiatives through strategic digital outreach. This position offers hands-on experience in content creation, community engagement, and campaign coordination, providing a strong launchpad for a career in digital marketing. Your work will play a key role in shaping our online identity and connecting with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing social media content plans across key platforms
Create engaging, on-brand content including text, images, and short-form videos using tools like Canva or Adobe Express
Schedule and publish content using social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
Monitor audience interactions and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, reach, and follower growth
Support the business development team with digital campaign coordination and promotional activities
Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and best practices
