Job Description - Direct Sales Agent

Conduct door-to-door sales to onboard new microfinance clients

Educate potential customers on our financial products

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Build a strong pipeline of repeat clients

Sell and cross sell savings and loans products

Requirements

Possession of relevant higher education certificate/degree

Customer-Led: you listen first, understand clients needs deeply and tailor solutions

that truly helps

Solution-Driven: you do not just sell products, you solve financial challenges with

the right offerings

A Hunter: not a farmer, but you should love the thrills of the chase and closing deals

Fearless & Persistent: cold calls should not scare you, you turn “No” into “Yes”
