Our client is a tech-led platform that connects informal retailers around Africa who retail in Kiosks and other similar retail outlets.

Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and communicative Dispatch Associate to coordinate logistics and transportation operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth communication and coordination between drivers, customers, and service providers.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and process orders
Assign drivers and vehicles
Monitor shipments
Provide vital information to drivers
Liaise with customers and suppliers
Maintain accurate records
Review and improve processes

Requirements

2-3 years of dispatching experience
B.Sc/HND in any field
Excellent communication and strong organizational skills
Knowledge of transportation regulations
Good computer skills
