Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and responsible Dispatch Rider to join our team on Lagos Island. The ideal candidate must possess a valid Riders License, be familiar with major routes across Lagos, and be punctual, courteous, and safety-conscious. A rechargeable motorbike will be provided no need to purchase fuel.

Key Responsibilities

• Timely pickup and delivery of items, parcels, and documents to assigned destinations

• Ensure the safe handling and transportation of all packages

• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections

• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations

• Keep assigned bike clean and in good condition

• Report any bike issues or maintenance needs promptly

• Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and customers

• Provide excellent customer service at all times

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent

• Valid Riders License (mandatory)

• At least 1 year of experience as a dispatch rider in Lagos

• Good knowledge of road networks in Lagos, especially Lagos Island and environs

• Ability to communicate clearly in English or Pidgin

• Physically fit and able to work under pressure

• Honest, respectful, and courteous attitude

• Must be willing to open a new bank account for salary processing if selected
