Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and results -driven Direct Sales Agent Manager to lead and manage a team of direct sales agents. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also play a key role in developing and motivating your team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Team Management: Lead, train, and supervise a team of direct sales agents, ensuring they meet individual and team sales targets.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and increase market share.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the sales team’s performance, provide regular feedback, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Training & Development: Provide continuous coaching, training, and professional development to the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
Sales Targets & Reporting: Set clear sales targets, track progress, and prepare reports for senior management on sales performance.
- Customer Relationship Management: Ensure the team maintains strong relationships with customers and delivers excellent service to retain business and encourage repeat sales.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay up -to -date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies as necessary.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment of sales activities with business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 -5 years of experience in direct sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate, coach, and inspire a sales team.
- Strong analytical and problem -solving abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
