Engineering Manager

We are seeking an Engineering Manager. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience building cutting-edge solutions at scale, extensive knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and best practices, along with a proven track record in CI/CD, automation, and deploying large systems. They should possess excellent communication skills, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to mentor and develop engineering talent effectively. Bonus points for experience with EMV payments and a passion for empowering African businesses to succeed.
