Job Description - Enterprise Solution Architect - Nigeria

Strategic Design:

Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level solutions tailored for the Nigerian market.
Work closely with clients to define their business needs and translate them into effective architectural solutions.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Engage with key stakeholders to develop long-term strategic plans and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Facilitate workshops and meetings with clients to gather requirements and present solutions.

Technical Leadership:

Provide technical guidance to project teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments relevant to enterprise architecture.

Implementation Oversight:

Oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring successful deployment and adoption across the organization.
Troubleshoot and resolve any challenges that arise during the implementation phase.

Documentation and Reporting:

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of architectural designs, processes, and implementation plans.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders to communicate progress and outcomes.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or solution design, with a focus on large-scale implementations.
Strong understanding of enterprise systems, cloud technologies, and integration strategies.
Demonstrated ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and build consensus.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
