Summary

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and identify the specific skills, vocational interests, and training requirements of program participants.
  
• Coordinate the logistics for entrepreneurship and vocational training initiatives, including the management of schedules, instructional materials, venues, and participant documentation.
  
• Facilitate workshops focused on essential business competencies such as financial planning, cost analysis, pricing strategies, savings mechanisms, customer relations, and accounting practices.
  
• Guide participants in developing actionable business concepts and strategic plans under the supervision of technical experts.
  
• Research and connect participants with local market prospects, service providers, and potential business partnerships.
  
• Monitor participant progress, address emerging challenges, and document support requirements through regular follow-ups.
  
• Oversee the distribution and tracking of approved livelihood resources in strict adherence to project protocols.
  
• Compile activity reports and gather feedback from participants to inform program improvements.
