Events Manager

• Plan and manage restaurant activations, themed events, product tastings, and customer appreciation programs.
  


• Work closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to design events that increase foot traffic and brand engagement.
  


• Manage budgets, vendors, logistics, and timelines for all event activities.
  


• Develop event concepts and promotional materials consistent with brand image.
  


• Coordinate staff participation, entertainment, and setup during events.
  


• Ensure each event delivers an exceptional customer experience and meets marketing objectives.
  


• Track and report event outcomes, customer feedback, and ROI metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or Event Management.
  


• 3–5 years’ experience managing events in the restaurant, QSR, or hospitality industry.
  


• Strong creative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  


• Proven experience handling vendors, budgets, and multi-location logistics.
  


• Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation abilities.
  


• Passionate about food, customer engagement, and creating memorable experiences.
