About the job
Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings to optimize time and resources.
Handle all correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, on behalf of the CEO, promptly and professionally prioritizing and responding to inquiries.
Maintain utmost confidentiality and discretion in managing sensitive information and communications.
Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Assist in arranging travel plans, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation, and preparing comprehensive itineraries.
Conduct research, gather data, and compile reports as requested by the CEO to aid decision-making and planning processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to align priorities and deadlines with the CEO's objectives.
Provide comprehensive administrative support, such as filing, record-keeping, and expense management, to streamline the CEO's workflow.
Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively address issues to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or in a similar role.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with a professional and courteous demeanor.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling information and documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
Discretion and confidentiality in managing sensitive information and matters.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive and resourceful with a solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using office productivity software and tools.
