∙ Ensure efficient scheduling of meetings, appointments, and events for the MD, minimizing conflicts and optimizing their time.
∙ Monitor and prioritize emails, ensuring that important messages are addressed promptly, and unnecessary emails are filtered or delegated.
∙ Support the MD in various projects by coordinating activities, gathering data, and helping with project management tasks.
∙ Continuously improve the efficiency of administrative processes, streamlining tasks to save time and resources.
∙ Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including staff, clients, and partners.
∙ Responsible for the general administration of the Executive offices and other designated spaces as executive areas
∙ Oversee other support staff and services that support the executive office
∙ Attend to and prepare reports assigned by the Managing Director.
∙ Minimum of 2 years experience in similar role
∙ Candidate must be vast with Microsoft office tools, note taking, report preparation and presentation
∙ Experience with work tools like Microsoft Teams, or others is important
∙ Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills is required
∙ Candidate must possess the ability to work independently and part of a team, should be a self-starter
∙ Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
