Expansion associate - Jumia (Full Time)

What you will be doing 

• Manage the expansion project’s PMO updates, ensuring alignment with the marketing and logistics stakeholders.


• Conduct thorough PMO reviews to assess progress, identify roadblocks, and recommend solutions.


• Drive corrective actions and enhancements as part of the PMO fix process.


• Oversee the completion and delivery of key PMO initiatives.


• Participate in strategic expansion calls to align stakeholders and drive regional growth.


• Facilitate and contribute to the elaboration of the marketing activation plans


• Design and implement structural improvements to marketing activations for greater efficiency and impact.


• Perform in-depth expansion analysis to guide decision-making and uncover new opportunities.

What we are looking for 

• Bachelor’s Degree


• Experience in building and managing Excel models 


• Strong interpersonal skills


• Exceptional written and oral communication skills


• Good judgment and problem-solving skills


• Enjoying working with multi-stakeholders


• French speaker is a plus
