Experienced Digital Marketing Officer

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital
Marketing Officer to join Excellium. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of
experience in digital marketing, preferably within the technology, SaaS, ERP,
CRM, Payroll and HR or business applications industry. The Ideal candidate will
be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing
campaigns that generate qualified leads, strengthen brand awareness, and
support sales growth across Nigeria and other African markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop
  and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter,
  Meta, and other relevant platforms.
  
• Manage
  the company's website and ensure content is optimized for SEO and user
  experience.
  
• Create
  and publish engaging content including blogs, case studies, email
  campaigns, newsletters, videos, and social media posts.
  
• Plan
  and execute lead generation campaigns for ERP, CRM, HRMS, Payroll, and
  other business application solutions.
  
• Manage
  social media accounts and grow audience engagement across LinkedIn,
  Facebook, Instagram, and X.
  
• Monitor
  campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and
  marketing automation tools.
  
• Generate
  and nurture marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and collaborate closely with
  the sales team to improve conversion rates.
  
• Optimize
  landing pages and digital campaigns to improve click-through rates and
  conversions.
  
• Coordinate
  webinars, product launches, online events, and customer success stories.
  
• Conduct
  keyword research and competitor analysis to identify new marketing
  opportunities.
  
• Prepare
  weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance, website traffic, lead
  generation, ROI, and marketing KPIs.
  
• Stay
  up to date with digital marketing trends, AI marketing tools, and best
  practices.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's
  degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or a
  related field.
  
• 2–4
  years of proven digital marketing experience.
  
• Experience
  marketing software, SaaS, ERP, CRM, HRMS, cloud solutions, or enterprise
  technology is an advantage.
  
• Strong
  understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social
  media marketing.
  
• Experience
  with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google
  Analytics.
  
• Experience
  with video editing and marketing automation platforms is desirable.
  
• Experience
  using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or other creative design tools.
  
• Basic
  knowledge of HTML/CSS and WordPress is an added advantage.
  
• Familiarity
  with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  
• Excellent
  written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Strong
  analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  
• Ability
  to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
