About Company: Our client is a renowned creative experiential agency that specializes in exhibitions, sponsorship activation, retail activation, launches, events, conferences, stunts, pop\-ups, etc. for corporate brands in West Africa.
Job Objective: The Company is seeking to hire an experienced Experiential Brand Manager who will be responsible for conceptualising, planning, and executing a variety of events that enhance brand engagement. S/he will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication, project expectations, and service delivery to uphold the company's standard of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
§ Act as the lead point of contact for assigned clients, developing and nurturing long\-term relationships to ensure satisfaction, trust, and repeat business.
Project Oversight:
§ Work with project and operations teams to translate client briefs into actionable project plans, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations and brand standards.
Event Management:
§ Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of client events, ensuring seamless delivery, quality standards, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
Pitching & Presentation:
§ Lead client pitches and presentations, showcasing creative concepts, strategies, and solutions in a compelling manner to win new business and strengthen client confidence.
Account Growth:
§ Identify opportunities to expand services with existing clients and collaborate with internal teams to propose new solutions.
Communication & Reporting:
§ Provide clients with regular updates on project status, budgets, and timelines; prepare post\-event reports and performance reviews.
Documentation:
§ Maintain accurate client records, contracts, communications, and account activities for transparency and accountability.
§ Bachelorâs Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
§ Minimum of 5 years active and relevant experience in client services, account management, event management or project management within experiential events.
§ Proven experience in Experiential Event Planning, Event Management, and Coordinating
§ Strong skills in Project Management, Budget Management, and Vendor Management
§ Exceptional Communication, Negotiation, and Problem\-solving skills
§ Creativity and attention to detail
§ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously
§ Leadership and managerial skills
