The Role:
The Facilities / Administrative Support role is responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day management of office facilities and providing administrative support to maintain a safe, functional, and well-organized work environment. The role supports vendor coordination, facility maintenance, and general office operations while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. 

What You Will Do:
• Support the day-to-day management of office facilities to ensure a safe and conducive work environment 
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and servicing of office equipment and infrastructure 
• Liaise with vendors, service providers, and contractors to ensure timely service delivery 
• Monitor facility usage and ensure optimal functionality of office utilities 
• Support procurement and inventory management of office supplies and equipment 
• Maintain records of facility activities, vendor contracts, and service schedules 
• Assist with general administrative duties including documentation and logistics coordination 
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards within the workplace 
• Support incident reporting and follow-up on facility-related issues 



Requirements

What You Bring:

Experience:
• Experience in facilities management or administrative support role 
• HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) experience is an added advantage 

Qualifications:
• Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Business Administration or related field 

Skills & Competencies:
• Good understanding of facility operations and maintenance processes 
• Tech-savvy with the ability to use basic office and reporting tools 
• Strong organizational and coordination skills 
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities 
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask 
• Ability to work with minimal supervision 

This Role Is Ideal For You If:
• You are proactive and detail-oriented 
• You enjoy coordinating operations and ensuring smooth workplace functionality 
• You are comfortable working with vendors and managing multiple tasks 

You May Not Enjoy This Role If:
• You prefer highly structured roles with minimal variability 
• You are not comfortable handling operational or facility-related issues 
• You struggle with multitasking and coordination
