Facility manager Job Description
• Facility maintenance: including repairs, servicing, replacements etc
• Ensure efficient use of space, services and equipment.
• Manage all vendors and contractors to ensure they deliver on repairs, renovations and maintenance contracts within timeline .
• Oversees Procurement of office equipment, stationaries and items.
• Ensure compliance of company regulations.
• Ensure all company tools, equipment and facility are working in perfect condition and staff have all they need to do their jobs effectively.
• Manages facility budgets.
• Develop and implement facility management procedural manual and maintenance schedule for assigned properties.
• Conduct proactive preventive checks on all facilities to avoid downtime.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in any relevant field from a reputable Nigerian University.
2. 3+ years of experience in facility management, preferably in logistics.
3. Strong knowledge of facility maintenance, operations, and safety protocols.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
