Facility Officer (AC Repairs & Maintenance)

Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on AC units and cooling systems.

Diagnose faults and perform repairs or coordinate with approved technicians/vendors.

Monitor and maintain AC performance to ensure optimal working conditions.

Keep maintenance schedules and logs for AC servicing.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Support other minor facility maintenance tasks when required.

Respond promptly to AC-related emergencies and breakdowns

Minimum OND/Technical Certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.

Proven hands-on experience in AC repairs and maintenance.

Good knowledge of refrigeration systems and safety practices.

Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and service split units, package units, and central systems.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Basic reporting and record-keeping ability.
