Factory Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily factory operations and production targets.
  


• Supervise staff and maintain discipline.
  


• Enforce quality control and safety standards.
  


• Oversee machine maintenance and reduce downtime.
  


• Manage inventory and prepare performance reports.
  

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
  


• 8–10 years of factory or production management experience.
  


• Minimum of 3 years in a managerial position.
  


• Strong leadership, technical, and problem\-solving skills.
