Job Description

• Performs high level clerical functions
• Provides administrative and documentation support
• Oversees effective management and handling of all external correspondence and communications
• Managing meetings, programs and setting agenda
• Archiving and effective retrieval of sensitive documents

Requirements

• HND/B.Sc/B.A in Office Technology and Management, Secretarial Studies, Library Science or any related course
• Candidate must have worked or is currently working in a reputable company as an experienced Secretary
• Minimum of one year in a similar position.

Other Conditions:

• Applicants must be very hardworking, target oriented, with high level of integrity
• They must be conversant with all confidentiality protocols
• They should reside in job locations presently
• Physical interview is within a week
