Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Project Officer to join our team. This role requires 40% travel and involves interfacing with various communities where Koolboks freezers will be deployed. We strongly encourage female candidates to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, local organizations, and other stakeholders to ensure successful deployment of Koolboks freezers.
Project Implementation:Coordinate and oversee the deployment of freezers in assigned communities, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to monitor the progress of projects, provide support, and address any issues that may arise.
Data Collection: Gather and report data on the impact and effectiveness of Koolboks freezers in the deployed communities.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to local users on the operation and maintenance of Koolboks freezers.
Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on project status, community feedback, and other relevant information to the management team.
Compliance: Ensure all project activities comply with company policies, regulations, and community standards.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, or a related field.

- Strong problem -solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel extensively (40% travel required).
