Summary:

The Field Sales Representative plays a vital role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth within assigned territories. This entry-level position is ideal for a motivated individual with 0–2 years of experience seeking to build a foundation in sales and customer engagement. You will be responsible for executing on-ground sales initiatives, introducing company products and services to prospective clients, and nurturing relationships with existing customers. Your efforts will directly contribute to achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while providing valuable market insights and customer feedback. This role offers a dynamic environment to develop essential sales skills, gain hands-on experience, and grow within a results-driven organization.

Responsibilities:

Conduct face-to-face sales visits to prospective and existing customers in assigned regions
Promote company products and services through effective demonstrations and presentations
Identify and onboard new customers, ensuring smooth onboarding and initial engagement
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as defined by ${target_metric}
Gather and report market intelligence, including competitor activity and customer preferences
Address customer objections with confidence and provide accurate product information
Maintain accurate records of field activities, customer interactions, and sales progress in the CRM system
