The Field Work assistant plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of high-quality raw agricultural inputs from farm to factory for Varli Foods Limited. This position is responsible for overseeing all on-ground operations related to the sourcing, harvesting, and post-harvest handling of key raw materials such as plantain and cassava. By maintaining strong relationships with farmers, cooperatives, and suppliers, the supervisor ensures timely and reliable supply while upholding stringent food safety, hygiene, and agricultural best-practice standards. The role also involves monitoring field productivity, managing operational challenges, and coordinating closely with production teams to align raw material availability with manufacturing schedules. Through effective supervision, training, and quality control, the Field Work Assistant contributes directly to the consistency, quality, and scalability of Varli Foods’ finished food products.
