Summary

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the accurate documentation of authorized financial transactions and ensure the upkeep of comprehensive accounting ledgers.
  
• Systematically arrange and manage essential financial paperwork, including payment vouchers, receipts, invoices, bank statements, and all related supporting evidence.
  
• Contribute to the development of financial budgets, monitor expenditure tracking systems, and generate comparative analyses of budgeted versus actual spending.
  
• Execute bank and cash reconciliation procedures with appropriate supervisory guidance.
  
• Verify that all payment requests are fully authorized and accompanied by the necessary documentation prior to processing.
  
• Maintain up-to-date inventory and asset registers, providing assistance during scheduled verification exercises.
  
• Prepare and organize financial documentation to support internal audits, donor compliance reports, and external review processes.
  
• Adhere strictly to established financial policies, confidentiality protocols, and internal control mechanisms.
