Finance/Account Personnel

Prado Power, a leading player in the
renewable energy sector, is looking for an experienced and detail -oriented Finance/Account
Personnel to join our innovative team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the
financial health and efficiency of our operations as we drive sustainable
energy solutions.

Key
Responsibilities:

• Manage day -to -day accounting operations, including
  accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and payroll processing.
  
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and
  forecasts to inform decision -making.
  
• Monitor cash flow and ensure efficient utilization of
  resources.
  
• Oversee compliance with financial regulations,
  standards, and company policies.
  
• Coordinate and support external audits and regulatory
  inspections.
  
• Develop and implement financial controls and procedures
  to enhance operational efficiency.
  
• Provide insights and recommendations on cost -saving
  opportunities and financial strategies.
  

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a
  related field.
  
• Professional certification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA, CPA) is
  highly desirable.
  
• Two to three years of relevant experience in finance or
  accounting roles, preferably within the energy or construction sectors.
  
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., ZohoBooks, QuickBooks,
  Sage) and Microsoft Excel.
  
• Proficiency in ZohoBooks is an added advantage.
  
• Strong analytical, problem -solving, and organizational
  skills.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  
• Knowledge of tax laws, financial regulations, and
  compliance standards is essential.
