Job Summary

The Fulfillment Operations Associate will oversee the fulfillment and logistics operations for the company’s  cross-border commerce product. This includes managing the end-to-end supply chain to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and transportation providers to ensure timely fulfillment.
  
• Track and manage inventory levels to avoid stock shortages or overstock situations.
  
• Resolve operational issues related to fulfillment and delivery.
  
• Maintain detailed records of order statuses and fulfillment timelines.
  
• Work closely with the customer service team to address order-related issues.
  
• Analyze fulfillment operations to identify areas for improvement and optimize efficiency.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field.
  
• 1-2 years of experience in fulfillment or logistics.
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
• Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently.
