Fulfilment Associate

• Build and maintain efficient fulfillment processes
  
• Oversee fulfillment channels with customers - individuals & providers
  
• Ensure prices and price forecasting are always up to date and clearly communicated to the team. 
  
• Manage last -mile delivery processes.
  
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records
  
• Demonstrate adaptability and empathy in dealing with customers and team members, while maintaining a positive attitude.
  
• Foster a culture of respect and collaboration within the team, while promoting a positive work environment.
  
• Maintain a high degree of initiative and sense of urgency to meet customer needs, while providing exceptional customer service.
  

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in pharmacy or medication supply chain management.
  
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
  
• Demonstrated emotional stability & resilience.
  
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
  
• Strong leadership and logistics management skills, with proven track record of success
  
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
  
• High degree of initiative and sense of urgency, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  
• Adaptability and empathy in dealing with customers and team members, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  
• Respectful and collaborative attitude towards team members and customers, with a commitment to promoting a positive work environment.
  
• Familiarity with online tools.
  
• A degree in Pharmacy and a good knowledge of medication is a huge plus.
