Job Description - Fulfilment Rider - Lagos

           Job Description

  1. Load and unload packages or documents onto the motorcycle.

  2. Safely transport items to designated locations within the specified time frame.

  3. Follow traffic laws and safety regulations while riding the motorcycle.

  4. Ensure packages are delivered intact and in good condition.

  5. Collection of payments and ensuring necessary details are taking (phone digit of the receiver, signature, etc) for a proof of delivery.

  6. Communicate with customers regarding delivery status or issues.

  7. Maintain the motorcycle in good working condition and report any maintenance needs.

  8. Adhere to company policies and procedures for delivery operations.

  9. Provide excellent customer service to clients and recipients.

    Job Requirements
    Must have 2 years of experience in motocycling.
    Persons living around Ogba, Ikeja are advised to apply.
    Minimum of a high school diploma.
    Good knowledge of Lagos roads & Google Maps.
    Strong communication & customer service skills.
    Physically fit & able to meet delivery deadlines.
