The client is seeking to hire an experienced and strategic General Manager, Business Development, to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and oversee business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
§ Develop and implement business growth strategies
§ Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
§ Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency
§ Drive revenue generation and profitability
§ Lead and manage business development teams
§ Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships
§ Provide strategic direction to achieve organizational goals
§ Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (MBA is an added advantage)
§ Minimum of 10 - 15 yearsâ experience, with the last 3 years in a Real Estate company
§ Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
§ Proven track record in business development and revenue growth
§ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
