Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager - Sales to lead our business development and sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and leading sales teams within an HR consulting firm. This role requires a deep understanding of recruitment, outsourcing, training, and development services, with a strong ability to create and execute sales strategies that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth across all service lines (recruitment, outsourcing, training & development).
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop strategic partnerships with key industry players, corporate organizations, and government agencies.
Oversee the sales pipeline, forecast revenue trends, and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns that enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Work closely with operations and service delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage).
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Commercial & Sales Leader in an HR Consulting Firm.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the HR services industry.
Strong network and business connections within the HR and corporate sector.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to develop and execute high-level sales and business development strategies.
Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and reporting.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
