JOB SUMMARY
As the General Manager, Supply Chain Projects, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across our supply chain network.
You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from conception and planning to execution and closeout. You will work alongside cross-functional teams of professionals and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across various departments. This role reports to the Chief Supply Chain Officer.
REQUIREMENTS
A Bachelor's degree, a Master’s Degree and/or an MBA.
15 years of experience in the supply chain across Warehousing and Planning with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Proven experience in SAP is a MUST
Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Candidate must be self-driven, innovative, and able to make their own decisions.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software
RESPONSIBILITIES
Supports the CSCO with developing and implementing a comprehensive supply chain project management strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential supply chain improvement projects.
Lead the project planning process, including defining project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risks.
Manage project teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and task execution. Develop and implement project plans, including milestones, deliverables, and communication strategies.
Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful project completion.
Track and measure project performance against established metrics and KPIs. Manage project budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
Communicate project progress and outcomes to senior management. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in supply chain project management.
Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
