General Physician (Consultant Internist)

Job Summary:
Responsible for diagnosing and managing a wide range of internal medicine cases, supervising junior doctors, and leading clinical care delivery for adult patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatment.
  
  

• Manage chronic and acute illnesses (e.g., diabetes, hypertension).
  
  

• Provide patient education and preventive care.
  
  

• Supervise registrars and house officers.
  
  

• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
  
  

• Participate in ward rounds, audits, and clinical governance.
  
  

Qualifications:

• MBBS from a recognized university.
  
  

• Fellowship in Internal Medicine (FMCP, FWACP).
  
  

• MDCN full license and valid annual practice permit.
  
  

• Minimum of 5 years post-fellowship experience.
  
  

Salary Range: 1,200,000 - 1,800,000/month (based on experience)
Benefits: HMO, paid leave, CME sponsorship, accommodation (if relocating).
