Graduate Trainees

We are hiring Graduate Trainees for the following positions across different locations.

1. Relationship Officers: responsible for managing a portfolio of vehicles, ensuring timely repayments, customer engagement, and portfolio health.
   

2. Sales/Acquisition Officers: responsible for generating leads, following up on potential customers, and ensuring seamless onboarding experience.
   

3. Evaluation Officers: be responsible for assessing applicants' creditworthiness, verifying provided information, and ensuring compliance with eligibility criteria
   

4. Customer Training & Onboarding Officers: to support and enhance the customer experience by ensuring seamless onboarding, engagement, and retention of customers
   

5. Field Operations Officers: responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of on-ground operations. This position involves managing and supporting customers, ensuring compliance with company policies, resolving operational challenges, and optimising performance.
   

6. Fleet Officers: responsible for managing fleet schedules, asset documentation and supervision of technicians for routine asset maintenance.
   

7. Fulfilment Officers: responsible for sorting and assigning of dispatch orders through in-house riders
   

Requirements

• Recent graduates (0–2 years post-NYSC or equivalent).
  

• Bachelor's degree or HND in any field
  

• Strong problem-solving, adaptability, communication, and learning agility.
  

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  

• Attention to detail
  

• Locations (Lagos, Ibadan, Ile-Ife, Akure, Abuja, Asaba, Kano, Sango-Ota)
