Summary

Responsibilities

• Manage a comprehensive grant tracking system to monitor project timelines, deliverables, reporting due dates, and regulatory compliance.
  
• Systematically organize and store essential documentation, including grant contracts, vetted proposals, financial budgets, donor communications, final reports, and ancillary records.
  
• Proactively notify relevant personnel of impending reporting deadlines and any pending information requests.
  
• Facilitate the gathering of narrative progress updates and supporting evidence from program and finance departments.
  
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and refining donor reports and partnership status updates.
  
• Monitor partnership obligations, track action items from meetings, and oversee follow-up activities.
  
• Audit project documentation to ensure alignment with donor specifications and identify any missing elements.
  
• Maintain secure and orderly filing systems to protect the confidentiality of sensitive grant and partner data.
