Summary:

The Graphic Design Associate plays a vital role in creating compelling visual content that supports marketing initiatives, training materials, and brand consistency. This position is ideal for a creative professional with 0–2 years of experience who is eager to contribute to dynamic campaigns while developing their skills in a collaborative environment. The associate will assist in producing high-quality designs across digital and print platforms, support branding efforts, and mentor junior trainees in essential design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Responsibilities:

Design and produce visual content for marketing campaigns, training modules, and internal communications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all deliverables.
Support the development and execution of promotional materials, including social media graphics, presentations, and print assets.
Mentor trainees and junior team members in the effective use of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools.
Maintain and organize digital asset libraries and design templates for team-wide use.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance visual storytelling.
