Job Summary

The Graphic Design Executive is responsible for creating eye-catching visuals that bring the company’s stories and brand to life. This role focuses on designing graphics for social media, websites, and promotional materials, making sure all visuals match the company's style, and working with writers and editors to deliver creative content that grabs the audience's attention.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality, visually engaging graphics across digital, social media, brand identity, packaging, presentations, and print.
  
  
  


• Interpret client briefs and translate brand messaging into impactful visual content.
  
  
  


• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop visual narratives that support campaigns and drive measurable results.
  
  
  


• Contribute fresh ideas in brainstorming and ideation sessions for client projects and internal initiatives.
  
  
  


• Plan, prioritize, and execute weekly deliverables and one-off briefs with precision.
  
  
  


• Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and industry best practices to keep the brand’s work fresh and relevant.
  
  
  


• Ensure brand and design consistency across all projects in line with Dreams Media’s and the client's creative standards.
  
  
  


• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  
  
  


• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and an excellent command of the English language in communication and execution.
  
  

Requirements

• 2-3 years of active design experience in graphic design for social media, print, and web.
  
  
  


• Ability to use a wide range of design tools such as CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
  
  
  


• Good eye for design, colors, and design interpretation.
  
  
  


• Attention to detail and ability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment, and great communication skills.
  
  
  


• Must stay on the mainland in Lagos
